This is the most important section — read it carefully.

Unless you are formally enrolled as a client of Tina Bhakta, OTR/L through an individual clinical intake process, nothing on this Site, in our guides, courses, the Community, or in any coaching interaction constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no occupational therapist-patient or provider-patient relationship is created by:

Receiving group coaching content

DMing, emailing, or otherwise messaging Bhakta Basics

All content is for educational and informational purposes only. You should always consult your own physician, pelvic floor physical/occupational therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program — including anything from our guides, courses, or Community — particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have a pre-existing medical condition. Stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain, leaking, heaviness, or other concerning symptoms, and consult a provider.

Bhakta Basics is not responsible for any injury or health issue arising from your use of our content, guides, courses, or Community, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Refund Policy

Community membership: cancel anytime to stop future billing; we do not offer partial-month refunds.

Because Bhakta Basics products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are treated as final except as expressly stated above or required by law.

6. Intellectual Property
