frequently asked questions:
1. Do you offer 1:1 sessions?
No. I offer programs, group coaching, and hybrid group classes. Instead of individual appointments, I offer self-paced programs (Pregnancy Prehab, Postpartum Rehab), monthly group coaching (Bhakta Basics Community), and live hybrid webinars/classes — so you get expert guidance without the scheduling hassle or per-session cost.
2. What's the difference between your programs and the Community?
Pregnancy Prehab and Postpartum Rehab are standalone, self-paced courses built for a specific season — trimester-by-trimester or milestone-based recovery.
Bhakta Basics Community ($97/month) is ongoing support — a self-paced video library plus live group calls — for anyone who wants continued guidance, accountability, and direct Q&A beyond a single program. You can start with a course and roll into the Community, or join the Community on its own.
I also run standalone group classes — Pelvic Floor Pilates and Birth Prep — in Las Vegas, with the option to join virtually if you're not local.
3. I'm pregnant — which program is right for me?
Pregnancy Prehab. It's built trimester-by-trimester to prepare your pelvic floor, core, and body for birth and recovery.
4. I already had my baby — which program is right for me?
Postpartum Rehab, which is phase-based (not just "weeks postpartum") so you can start wherever you are in your healing — even if it's been months or years since delivery.
5. What if it's been years since I had my baby, not weeks?
Postpartum healing doesn't expire. Postpartum Rehab works whether you're 6 weeks or 6 years out — the pelvic floor and core respond to targeted rehab at any point.
6. What is the Bhakta Basics Community?
A $97/month membership with a self-paced video library plus live group coaching calls, for ongoing pelvic floor and core support. You can cancel at anytime. The Community is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime from your account.
7. What are the live webinars?
Periodic live virtual events — like Birth Prep and Pelvic Floor Pilates — that go deeper on a specific topic in a workshop format. These are ticketed one-time events, separate from the monthly Community.
8. Do I need any special equipment?
Nothing required. A few programs and webinars may suggest optional props (like a Pilates ball or resistance band), but I always give you modifications so you can start with what you already have.
9. Are these programs a replacement for physical therapy or medical care?
No. My programs and Community offer general pelvic health education and exercise guidance — they aren't personalized diagnosis or treatment for a medical condition. If you have a specific injury, complication, or medical concern, please see a licensed provider for individualized care.
10. What are your credentials?
I'm a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) specializing in pelvic health, a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Certified Nutrition Coach. My clinical background includes acute care and in-home/office-based pelvic floor rehab before moving to a fully virtual model.
11. Who are your programs for?
Women navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, leaking, core weakness, or general pelvic floor dysfunction who want expert-led guidance they can do on their own time — no waitlists, no commute, no per-visit cost.
12. How much time do I need each week?
Most content is designed in short, focused sessions so it fits around a newborn, toddler, or full-time work — no hour-long blocks required.
13. Do you offer refunds?
No. No refunds for any of my programs or coaching services.
14. How do I get started?
Grab my free Core and Pelvic Floor Mini Guide. Or purchase my Stop the Leaks guide to start, or jump straight into Pregnancy Prehab, Postpartum Rehab, or the Bhakta Basics Community — whichever fits where you are right now.
