MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

I'm Tina!

I'm a licensed pelvic floor occupational therapist, mom of two, and the founder of Bhakta Basics Pelvic Health. My own pregnancy left me dealing with leakage I didn't know how to fix — so I became the expert I needed. I've been leak-free ever since, and now I help other moms get there too.

SOME kind WORDS

What truly sets Tina apart is the care behind her work. Even over the phone, you feel how deeply she values her patients and her purpose. She listens, she explains, and she creates clarity where confusion once lived. She helped me map out a thoughtful, empowering plan one that addressed the root of my concerns instead of masking them with pills or rushing toward surgery.

— sherry T.

After my very first birth, I was looking for an experienced and knowledgeable female pelvic floor therapist to teach me about pelvic floor health/fitness/ and post-partum recovery.

I was able to resolve my diastasis within 2 weeks of doing the exercises she assigned. She demonstrated how to perform the exercises, made sure I did them correctly, and gave me tons of great tips that I will carry with me going forward.

Would highly recommend to anyone also wanting to learn and improve in this area of life.

— Natalie N.

Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made to take Tina’s course! She goes over in detail lifestyle, pelvic health, and nutrition both pre and post partum and is a WEALTH of information. Not only is she a licensed practitioner and incredibly knowledgeable, but she’s also been through it herself! She pairs her didactic information and real life experience beautifully into an easy to digest course that I cannot recommend enough!!
